Cancellations 30-60 days prior to the tour start date will receive a 50% refund of the total balance of the trip fee. No refunds will be given 30 days prior to tour start date unless the seat can be refilled.

3. Meeting group on day one:

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to meet at our predetermined location by a specific time for the start of our tour. If for any reason you are delayed you will be responsible to catch up with the group. It is unfair to delay the entire group. We do suggest arriving in the area of our tour locations the day before our start date. A detail data sheet will be available for each workshop that will include time and location information. Meals and lodging are not included in the price of the workshops unless specified in the listing or arranged prior to the workshop/tour. Participants must provide their own transportation due to insurance restrictions.

4. Accessibility:

Although most all of the workshops are designed for people of average fitness, be aware that most all of the photography workshops will be taking place outdoors and will require a certain amount of walking. Please make sure that you are up to the level of activity for the workshop that you plan to attend. If you have any questions about the activity level of a certain workshop, please inquire prior to signing up for the event.

Mobility restricted accessible private workshops can be arranged.

5. Private tours and workshops:

A typical day is twelve hours in the field and will include either a sunrise or a sunset, unless they both occur within the twelve hours included in the workshop. Any additional time is an additional $250/4 hrs. An itinerary can be arranged prior to the tour/workshop, but plans can change due to weather. All workshops and tours are all weather events unless arrangements are made to reschedule seven days prior to the event. Rescheduling due to weather is no charge. Rescheduling for any other reason will include a $250 rescheduling fee. Meals and lodging are not included in the price of the workshops unless specified in the listing or arranged prior to the workshop/tour. Participants must provide their own transportation due to insurance restrictions. Group sizes are restricted to 12 participants.
